slow check-in missing amenities
the staff were kind. the rooms were excellent.
The check-in process was quite slow. I waited over an hour. the lack of water bottles in the room, even in a suite, felt cheap. minimum amenities seemed to be missing, annoying.

super facilities amazing reception check-in process room availability
The staff showed friendliness. I found the location good for accessing nearby attractions. (It's a plus point!). I enjoyed the super facilities and the amazing reception area.
The check-in process could be better. I was told my room would be ready by three, but I didn't get it until 5:15 PM. The check-in issue caused frustration.

clean hotel nice room many offers lack of connecting rooms unfulfilled promise family frustration
the hotel had much to offer. the room was very nice. the hotel was very clean.
i wanted connecting rooms for my family with children. they reaffirmed they would move us to two connecting rooms the next day. they did not fulfill their promises (this was very frustrating).
